My primary goal is to help my clients reach the best version of themselves, where they can maintain their body function through the rigours of life. By helping increase range of motion, decrease stressors related to tension and daily activities, along with relieving muscle and joint aches. Eventually getting you to a stage of “maintenance".

The maintenance phase to me is about getting you to a state of homeostasis where you become aware of what your body needs when issues arise. Because client maintenance is different for everyone, so is your treatment plan. My job is to get you to this stage where you know your body and what it needs. Here you become more body aware and can acknowledge when your body needs care . Our stressors don’t just go away once we've had one massage, but being able to live your life and manage those stresses between massage treatments is what maintenance is all about.
